We don't miss a single detail when it comes to filter diagnosis
There are telltale signs of a filter not running properly
Dust and dirt coming through returns when vacuuming
One clear sign of a filter issue is if your pool has dirt that no matter how many times you vacuum it up, it just comes back the next day. This is a sure sign that there is something wrong with your manifold, laterals, cartridges, or D.E. grids.
Area around filter always wet, or visual leaks
Having a leak, whether you can see it or not, can cause your water bill to go up, or degrade the integrity of the foundation under your equipment that can cause major plumbing issues. It’s important to get this fixed right away so that you aren’t dealing with a bigger problem later by not getting it addressed.
Cloudy pool, or constant problems, no matter how many chemicals you put in
This can be caused by filtration problems, due to torn or damaged interior components of the filter. Alternatively, it can just be that you need a filter cleaning or a sand change ASAP. Either way, a professional diagnosis by our experts is highly recommended to ensure that you aren’t spending money on things that won’t solve the root of the problem.

We have a crew with decades of combined experience you can trust to properly solve the problem
What our procedure is for solving filter problems
It takes a trained and experienced repairman or woman to figure out ANY pool filter problem you may be having – we are your go-t0 for any issue you may be having.
Diagnosis of the problem
We will come out for free and determine what the issue is on-site. Often, we will ask you for some basic info like the type of filter you have, age of filter, and any information on the problem you’re having with it. Our team will take pictures of everything as well, to ensure we leave it in the same or better condition than before we came.
Fixing the problem
Once we have determined what is causing the problem, our experts are diligent in replacing any components necessary. Alongside fixing the identified issue, we will provide you with details on exactly what work was performed and take pictures of EVERYTHING along the way. We will always confirm any repairs before they are performed as well.
Testing, and follow up
Our team will fully test the system when the work is completed to verify that the problem has been fully resolved and take final pictures. We will speak with you to share any information that you’ll need going forward and send you a report of all the work that was performed for your records. Often times, we will follow up with you after to make sure you’re happy with the results.
